A quick jaunt through Massachusetts and Vermont and I was on my way to New Hampshire and the spectacular White Mountains. Although the mountains aren't quite as high as in the south, it is the first chance to get above tree line.Lake_of_the_Clouds.jpg (Jul. 08, 1997)
