Appalachian Trail hike (March 16, 1997 - July 22, 1997) and (July 10, 1998 - July 25, 1998)

Although not above tree-line, the south has many balds with spectacular views. Max Patch in North Carolina was definitely my favorite....probably because I lucked out and got such a gorgeous day!
